When my husband and I were first dating, I loved his waffles so much that he bought me a heart-shaped waffle iron. So when our old egg poacher needed replacing and I saw this one, I thought it would be perfect!
It works fine as an egg poacher, but as another reviewer stated, you need smallish eggs if you want to use up your whole egg. We use Extra Large eggs, and the whites spill over. Probably Medium sized eggs would do the trick.
It's still a nice poacher, decent quality, works just fine. It would be nice if it was big enough to accommodate large eggs, but it's not that big of a deal to me.
